These were bought for snacks for the week ahead.
Also bought as snacks for the week by the leader I'm with.
Dried pork was for sale and so was bacon - and chicken...all BBQ looking in flavour.
While the Singaporean I was with, was buying the snacks, I went exploring around the shops he was in...
I quite like this idea! I did shy away from the cost though!
I like spring rolls - but dry crunchie ones? They're honestly awesome - I had some when in Masterton - with the same family I'm hanging out with now.
I'm quite tempted to bring some of these home. Anyone interested in trying some of these?
This was lunch - sweet and sour fish. Get this - everyone eats with a spoon and fork more than I seem to see chopsticks or a knife.
Lunch was topped off with a little tub of this. Very nice!
4 hours later - we landed in the Philippines, in Manila.
By now, my computer had lost power, but all good - there are charging stations around everywhere!!
While I updated this page, I sat by this very trendy little garden... Seriously peaceful!
If I went exploring outside, I'd love to go here...
If I could stay for weeks, this is where I'd love to spend time...
I would soooo go here! I hear the mangos are like apples - there are soooo many varieties of them! I thought there was just one - it's all our supermarkets tend to have...?
I've been warned I might not have very good internet, so oops!
